Wedding Open Day Sunday June 16th Horetown House is a family owned and run country house, with 10 individually designed bedrooms and an old fashioned Irish pub in the Cellar of the house. The house upstairs is open by appointment during the week to non residents so please get in touch if you would like to visit and we would be happy to meet you and show you around. We are open weekends and we close to the public for our private weddings so if you are a non resident why not give us a call and we would be happy to welcome you for a hearty home made meal or a glass of wine or a pint by the fire. We are so pleased to announce, we have been named one of One Fab Days Top 100 Venues in Ireland. This is such a huge compliment when we consider the amazing venues up and down the country who are also on this list- Thanks to all the wonderful couples who have shared their big day with us in Horetown and to all the couples tying the knot with us in the coming months and years!

We have created a small, 10 bedroom luxury hotel, complete with hand cut chandeliers, blazing fires and handmade silk curtains. We strive to maintain the integrity of this historic building, while providing our guests with a luxurious home away from home. In 2008 we began working with couples to create private weddings and now offer the use of our own Vintage pole tent to create quirky marquee weddings with a relaxed atmosphere. We have also opened our Georgian banqueting hall complete with chandeliers and original architectural features to add a level of grandeur and elegance to your wedding. We cater for civil partnerships and weddings from 20-200 guests and with Kate, our dedicated wedding coordinator, managing our team of staff, we have the experience and expertise to create your wedding, your way.
